This policy describes cookies, browser storage and optional analytics on the Maverick Dynamics website and IQ+ Concierge. Maverick Dynamics LLC operates these services. See our Privacy Statement for information about other personal-data processing and your privacy rights.

Your choices

Optional analytics stays off until you choose Accept cookies or enable analytics and save your preferences. Reject cookies declines optional analytics and keeps essential features working. Browsing, scrolling or closing preferences without saving does not give consent.

Choose Manage cookies in the website footer or the signed-in app navigation/header to review your choice at any time. Reject optional analytics in that panel withdraws permission immediately for this browser. You can also change the analytics checkbox and save. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off even if you previously accepted it. While your browser sends that signal, we honor it without showing the consent banner. Manage cookies still shows your current settings.

New choices are used for 180 days, after which we ask again. We keep older refusals in force until you change them. Choices apply to the browser where you make them; they are not an account-wide setting.

Essential cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in and security: Clerk uses cookies such as __session and __client_uat to authenticate users and protect sessions. These are required for sign-in and cannot be disabled through our optional-analytics control. Their duration depends on the cookie and session settings. See Clerk's cookie information.
• Time zone: When you use the signed-in application, the iq_tz cookie remembers your time zone so dates and times display correctly. Its maximum age is one year.
• Privacy choice: md-cookie-consent in local storage records your choice, the notice version and when you saved it. We use a current record for 180 days. Local storage remains on your device until replaced or cleared in your browser; the record does not contain your name, email or an advertising identifier.
• Form security: Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse. This security check is separate from optional analytics. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy information.

If browser storage is blocked, we apply your choice on the current page and explain that it could not be remembered for future visits. Reloading the page ends that temporary choice; optional analytics remains off until a valid acceptance exists.

Optional Vercel Web Analytics

With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics about visits and page use. It does not set analytics cookies. Vercel documents a request-derived visitor hash whose session information is discarded after 24 hours. Recorded information can include page paths, referrers, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type.

We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending analytics events. Rejecting optional analytics stops further events from this site; it does not undo processing that already occurred while permission was active.

Browser controls and privacy requests

Your browser can also block cookies or remove stored site data. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other necessary features from working. Clearing a saved acceptance leaves optional analytics off until you make a new choice.
