Control panels

Control panels,start to finish.

We design and build control panels, deliver the PLC, HMI and drive programming, then install, integrate and start them up, with IQ+ built in. Need a panel for your application? The answer is yes. We do our best work when we build the whole system, so everything works together from day one.

Start to finish

  1. 01

    Design

Panel layout, electrical schematics and the sequence of operations, worked out before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build

Built and wired in our shop, then checked out before it ships.

  3. 03

    Program

PLC, HMI and drive programming, plus the machine safety system.

  4. 04

    Install and start up

Installation, integration and startup on site, anywhere in the United States.

  5. 05

    Connect IQ+

IQ+ Concierge, IQ+ Sentinel or Solar IQ+ built in, so the machine reports back from day one.

  6. 06

    Support

Technical support after startup, from the company that built it.

One company, one system

Parts and pieces from different companies lead to dropped communication, mismatched connections and a mess nobody owns. We build the whole system, so one company is responsible for making it work.

Parts and pieces

  • A panel shop, a programmer, an installer and a software vendor, each on its own schedule
  • Every handoff is a chance for something to get lost
  • When something doesn't work, each company points to another
  • Connecting the machine to software becomes one more project, with one more vendor

One company

  • One company from design through startup and support
  • One point of contact and one point of responsibility
  • Panel, code and software designed to work together from the start
  • IQ+ built in, so the machine reports back to you
